Aroma - Garden Sage, Orange, Cardamom
Taste - Orange, Light Juniper, Cinnamon, Marshmallow Sweetness
Aging - Mellowed 1 Week in a Stainless Tank
Alcohol - 83 proof, 41.5% ABV, 750ml
DRINK SUGGESTIONS
Tom Collins
2 oz. Lockhouse Gin
3⁄4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3⁄4 oz. Simple Syrup
Shake all ingredients vigorously then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice then top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry
Gimlet
2 oz. Lockhouse Fine Gin
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker tins, fill with ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds and fine strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel
