Aroma - Dark Chocolate & Raisins
Taste - Coffee, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans
Aging - 3 Weeks in a Stainless Tank
Alcohol - 60 proof, 30% ABV, 750ml
Double Double2 oz. Lockhouse Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Cream Liqueur
1⁄2 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Shake the Cream Liqueur with the Cinnamon Simple Syrup with ice until well chilled, then strain into and Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice. Gently pour the Coffee Liqueur over the back of a spoon held just above the drink’s surface so the Coffee floats on top. Garnish with a light dusting of raw cocoa powder.
The Revolver2 oz. Bourbon
1⁄2 oz. Lockhouse Coffee Liqueur
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.
