Limited Release Barreled Gin

Towing the line between a young whiskey in color and texture & a prominent Gin in flavor and aroma, our Green Label Barreled Gin is not to be rivaled. Strong lavender and ginger take the lead before being rounded out by the oak. Great on it's own but even better with friends!

Aroma - Lavender & Lemon
Taste - Lavender, Ginger, Juniper, American Oak, Vanilla 
Aging - 10-12 months in White American Oak Barrels
Alcohol - 90 proof, 45% ABV, 750ml

DRINK SUGGESTIONS

New Fashion

2 oz. Barrel Aged Gin
2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Stir barrel aged gin, sweet vermouth, and fresh squeezed orange juice with ice until chilled, then strain into a fresh glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

Barrel Aged Negroni

1 oz. Barrel Aged Gin
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Ibisco or Apertif
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled, for at least 10 seconds. Strain into a cold ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
